A few ideas. if you know a little about php find a form mailer and install it use that in place of the email me link on the ad page. It will slow down spam a little. and lighten up the colors a little. This page looks really cluttered. http://www.wjhollisib2000.com/savings.php#listing. I have found from asking for reviews from others that light colors always seem to get the best reviews. I am alway looking to join forces so let me know if you need any help with php to do anything interactive
One more idea for you go here http://php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/Images_and_Graphs/ You can find a script to display your images of sample ads as thumbnails then when someone clicks one it can show it full sized that will make the page a lot more pro and less cluttered

I think the Black and Red and total darkness of the site has the psychological result of distrust. Just my opinion maybe.
