    I know a little bit about CSS. I want to be dab-hand in CSS. Can anyone give me suggestion, where to read CSS exactly from?

    You can try this tutorial : http://www.w3schools.com/css/
    I would also suggest to check Bootstrap package. CSS in its original form can be confusing. Bootstrap package helps to make faster layout.

    - CSS is a stylesheet language that describes the presentation of an HTML document.

    - CSS describes how HTML elements are to be displayed on screen, paper, or in other media
    - CSS saves a lot of work. It can control the layout of multiple web pages all at once
    - External stylesheets are stored in CSS files
