Closed Cub Scout Template Request

This is probably a huge request but would it be possible to make a Cub Scout themed template? I need one that is eye catching to boys between 1st-4th grade, yet space for a mass amount of information for the parents.

7) Any colors you prefer? Blue & Gold (I would like it to catch kids' attention)

A cub scout themed template could take a loooooooong time espically for the fact, we have so many fourms here that need help as well. We are sorry that you have to wait so long,,,
