I mean like if you look ww.thedjbuiness.co.uk the white dahes at the top like you can see them behind the banner aswell in the background of the banner.
I get what you mean now. In the zip is the image. STILL a png as that's the only way I know of letting that BG show through without actually repeating the BG image and merging it with the logo. It will look like the below image (only full size)
