PHP dreamweaver &php help

    Hie, im developing a site for members of our church to login so we can send newsletters and books as attachments to them.i need to know how to send emails as part of the registration process and how to send attachments to members accounts from the database according to their request(if they register for newsletter they get newslters and if they register for books they can books as attachments)

    How about a mass mailing software instead. Trying to answer this one would be like you sitting in class for 2 semesters.
