    Welcome to FWT debrick.
    Yes we will also do some flash templates, but this will be something for the future in -+2 months.
    We're going to make some HTML/CSS templates first.

    This forum runs on php.
    Do you mean PHPBB?
    This forum uses vbulletin software which has a much better backend system than phpbb.
    PHPBB is free vbulletin costs $160.
