    where can i find sites where i can post my designs for others who are in need? i find a lot of free time and i thought i could improve my skills . only when the work is exhibied it gets real comments. so somebody could tell me such sites?

    I maintain a community forum on my site. There's a "Shameless Self-Promotion" section on there where you can tell everyone about who you are and your company. Also, there's a "free website templates" forum there as well you could post in.
