ok here is the original file on the left

and here is the one I tried to animate ( don't laugh too hard)
I use the tutorial http://www.swish-db.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=16256&mode=threaded and then ran it threw gif construction set. The problem is the water isn't coming down over the rocks, just left and right. I also want to make the falls look like the water is falling.
Any suggestions... or maybe I should just animate the lower part of the pond?

    I think it looks great!
Just fix it up a little bit more.
Because I see it jump at the end (or beginning).
    and if you do that.
    It would be prime.

pezboy45 - you are right, I didn't see that. I'll try adding a few more frams to smooth it out.
CP - Both sites look like I could use them thanks.

I know this is an old post but I recall a tutorial somewhere showing how to make waterfalls appear to be 'falling'.
I played around with your gif, opened the 5 frames in Jasc animation shop, selected them all and exported to PSP. Once there, selecting frame 1 thru to 5 I smudged the waterfall part of the pic.
It would come out better with more patience but you get the idea. ;)

    Looks pretty cool.
I'm not at all good with gifs.
    :(

    Thanks CP
I've been looking at the frames, trying what you said. This is going to take some practice.
