ok here is the original file on the left and here is the one I tried to animate ( don't laugh too hard) I use the tutorial http://www.swish-db.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=16256&mode=threaded and then ran it threw gif construction set. The problem is the water isn't coming down over the rocks, just left and right. I also want to make the falls look like the water is falling. Any suggestions... or maybe I should just animate the lower part of the pond?
I think it looks great! Just fix it up a little bit more. Because I see it jump at the end (or beginning). and if you do that. It would be prime.

I know this is an old post but I recall a tutorial somewhere showing how to make waterfalls appear to be 'falling'. I played around with your gif, opened the 5 frames in Jasc animation shop, selected them all and exported to PSP. Once there, selecting frame 1 thru to 5 I smudged the waterfall part of the pic. It would come out better with more patience but you get the idea.
Thanks CP I've been looking at the frames, trying what you said. This is going to take some practice.
