hey, i use iwisoft swf to video converter. it converts swf to avi with good video quality. And I can import the converted avi to movie maker to edit. very powerful!

hey yeah video convertor is pretty good but i personnaly started to use Visifly as well cos its easy to use, u can find it on their site, converts many formats to swf and flv

I prefer Flash To Video Encoder to other converters, cause it's the fastest one.
