PHP How do I Add Photo Albums to Personal Template?

Discussion in 'Web Development' started by alpinegroove@peacetour.co, Nov 13, 2007.

  1. I am using the Personal Template and I would like to add photo albums that would appear under the gallery tab.
I would like to have different albums of different trips that I have made.
How do I add sub-albums under Gallery?
Do I have to create new folders for the images?
Is there some kind of tutorial for doing this?

I am using a text editor.

    Hi,

heres a tutorial on Creating an online photo album using PHP, mysql, XHTML and CSS written in 2003 by zend

You can always add another menu underneath the exising linked to each category but personally, I think I would use the one gallery button on the home page leading to a photo album with categories. Then again, I really don't know what you have in mind.

Have you looked at coppermine ? Coppermine is free software which you can download and install on your webspace.
