All I want to do is change some words to my words in the gif, man its hard, should I get another adobe application to assist photoshop for this because I cant get photoshop to do anything I want.
if it's a movie kind of gif or a banner type you know pictures changes, you can't edit it and will have to use other .gif editors. but if it's just a pic, go to IMAGE and change the color setting to CMYK or RGB instead of the indexed color that default gifs have. Then and only then you can edit them.
