Hello, I have never used a template before. Could somebody please tell me how to get it in so I can edit it and what it's supposed to look like when I open it? Will it show up just like the preview and then I can edit the text and images?

Hello, i’ve been purchasing an email template, i’ve got bunch of files but i really don’t know how to use them. using a loop in php ? mail($address, $e_subject, $msg, $headers ); or maybe by installing an php script like WAnewsletter or PHP list ? i’ve no idea. how to include files i’ve purchased in the newsletter (i guess i’ll have to host them on my webserver) i can’t find any tutorials on themeforest. =’( Thanks for helping me.
The HTML/template part goes in the $msg variable. if your host has php then theoretically should be simple to use them. There are examples in the php.net for the mail function PHP: mail - Manual See the example under "Sending HTML email" If you are using a web application for your site, then perhaps it includes HTML mail support in some way and you shouldn't need to install additional scripts.
In my opinion using "just" templates is a little going around, there are simplier ways. While, when using template "normally", you'll need to have separate html file for each page you create, and if you want to modify your template later - you'll need to edit all pages! If you have a server (webhosting) already, most of providers offer "Fantastico" package, what is an installer of multiple scripts - including CMS scripts, which will make this job for you. Use some CMS, it'll be way easier and you can get many features included - contact forms, blogs, comments, galleries, etc - all included. Many hosting companies also offer "SiteBuilders", if you don't have a webhosting yet, try to find one which offer SiteReptile sitebuilder, it's really easy and works very good with templates
I just want to know one thing that is it possible if i want to edit the header and footer color and them again put them back into the template. please help
