    Inline Frame Linking?

I had a question about the links on the Charity Template (pg 2 of freewebtemplates.com). I was interested in having the links work internally (I guess that is the word I'm looking for) so that when I click on a link, it doesn’t redirect me to a different site, but rather only updates the information on that page somewhere around the "log body". That way I do not have to continue to copy and paste the "index" image and coding into another document and then change the information from there. Rather, when a link is clicked, it only updates just the information and not the entire template and page. I was told that this was called "inline framing". Is this true and does anyone know of how this could be done for that particular template? Thank you!
