Legacy Logo request for a DJ

Hi, I am an up-and-coming DJ and would really like a logo so I can get my name out some more. I would be able to put it on facebook, the back of my laptop, and upcoming flyers for events. I'm really open on the design portion, so if you have any questions at all, just let me know. Thanks, I really appreciate it.

3) Description of your website or business:
Electro, Hip hop, dubstep, mash-up DJ.

4) Have you found any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
the style you are looking for?
No, but in searching "DJ Logos" on google images, most looked good. I like simple, modern looking logos. Black and white looks good, colors are obviously fine too. I really like minimalistic logos. (e.g. not a lot going on, just sleek and clean). Also, a synergy is defined as "two or more agents working together to produce a result not obtainable by any of the agents independently", so it might be cool to incorporate that in some way (not required).

5) Requested size of your logo:
Not real sure here, but I'd say small to medium.

6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
I don't. Anything with headphones would work.

7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
Either text only or image with text. Would need to say DJ Synergy.


8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
I like black and white, and silver and blue. But anything's an option. Sorry for the vagueness so far.

9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
Girly colors, etc.

10) Describe the target audience for your logo
18-30 college students mostly

11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Professional DJ that can bring a crowd, knows good music. A nice sleek, clean-looking logo I think would say this.

12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Laptop backround, websites, flyers, back of laptop maybe. Id say the most important is facebook and flyers.

13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?

14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
I don't have any preferred fonts.

I gave this a go and being targeted at college students mostly thought i'd use more colours and just have like a 3D effect to it...
