Yes but you will get less banner impressions for that as you will only have to convert it to a mambo template.
Ok here is the deal you get 20.000 banner impressions per Mambo template you convert from a HTML/CSS. If you make a mambo template from a psd file you will get 40.000 banner impressions. And if you also want to code normal templates from a psd file to HTML/CSS you will get another 20.000 banner impressions. If you do the 3 together you get 60.000 banner impressions.
