HTML mmm a litl help please :)

i got a few psd which i would like to be converted to html and css for my web site which i can make into a joomla template . or if u know joomla template creation can help me beter . or i can do it easily from a html tamplete . dats not a very big prob . if u can help please tel so that i can provide u with the psd files . these are 2 diferent designed with 4 more pages attached to each of them .
