Legacy Need a Logo for a Wiffle Ball League

1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Wiff Masters, but WM as an acronym is what I am hoping to use. Also, if you view the picture below there is another small logo that is projected as a zoomed in picture that I would like to incorporate in the overall logo.

2) What is your website address (ex: http:/site .com/; Site Name)?
It is under construction right now. I apologize about that.

3) Description of your website or business:
We are creating a Wiffle Ball League and looking to create a universal logo that can be used on t-shirts and banners as well as our website.

4) Search the Internet for any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
the style you are looking for?

I really like this logo, but want something a little different. I like the cartoon effect that is used, but I would like the following changes: bats changed to black instead of yellow, WM in a bold font that is connected as one piece (see uploaded picture), addition of DPE (Dime Piece Endeavors) to the bottom of the wiffle ball (see attached picture). I would like WM a solid red color that is not too bright with a blue border, or vice versa. I am not sure which will look better.

5) Requested size of your logo:
As big as possible. We will be using it on banners as high-res.

6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
See attached.

7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
A little of everything. The pictures I have provided should answer this question.

8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
Blue, red, white. I would also like it with a pure white background, as well as transparent.

9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
All the others I did not list above. 

10) Describe the target audience for your logo
Kids, and young adults.

11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Professionalism, attractiveness, and crispness.


12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Our website, banners, t-shirts, and other merchandise.

13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?
Not right now.

14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
No specific font for the WM; just something bold and eye catching that isn’t Arial Bold. For the DPE porition, I would like you to use “Yanone Kaffeesatz.”

CovertPea, I'm sure you get this a lot, but you are amazing!

I have a couple things that I'd like to change though, if possible:
1. Make WM separate. (We aren't sure if WasteMangement has a copyright on that type of logo. Do you have any ideas about that?)
2. Take the DPE logo out at the bottom.
3. Switch everything that is blue to black.
4. Drop the ball into the middle of the bats.

Ishkey, that looks awesome!

I hope I don't press any buttons by asking this, but I spoke with some of my teammates who came up with a new logo (see attached), and I was wondering if we could switch over to that type of logo? I don't mean to be a pain, and we're willing to pay if it is necessary.

Ishkey, those logos are so awesome! One tweak though...can you make the W and M flush with the bats instead of overlapping them? Thanks!

 

No worries! Can you send the latest version please? Also, is it possible to get just the X with the W and M as well? In other words, just the bats, W, and M with a white background? Are the files you will be sending have a transparent or white background? Thanks!

 

Ishkey! Also, could you make the bats black with a grey grip similar to the first logo you created for us and flip the black and red? In other words, red letters and black outlining? Thanks again!

 

Nice job on ALL of them! But I do like the last one the best. I do note a small amount of space between the "M" and the bats, but appears to be due to bats being properly "curved." Might consider going back to the one that overlaps the bats.
