Need help to make a Post comment

Hello people!

i would like to make a simple Post Comment like a Shout box, but
I want the INFO entered has been sent to my e mail. how do we do that ?

well you could use a simple website like this http://www.mycontactform.com/ which you create a contact form, then when you submit, it goes to your email address.
