• Website description:
  payroll management system - payroll management system is aimed at improving the payroll functions of the company and eliminating all forms of error in the payroll system, it will provide a proper management of employee information, records as well as facilitate the generation of a pay slip at the convenience of a mouse click, the system will reduce operational and administrative cost associated with time efficiency, data security and providing easy access of information within departments in the company. The system will also generate as well as manage payroll processes according to individual salary structure of each employee.
  
  i. Registration: this will involve the registration as well as the management of information of every staff member and workers in the company.
  
  ii. Tracking: the employee tracking will entail the proper management of the employee information in the database such as personal details, medical records, vacation records, promotions and also salary records.
  
  iii. Time tracking: the newly proposed system will be linked to a time sheet keeping all records based on employee attendance and total number of hours worked and by doing this the information gathered will then be transferred automatically to the payroll system making all payroll calculations simple and easy.
  
  iv. Payroll control: the payroll control is a basic function of the system otherwise known as payroll management, it provides the flexibility in defining the formulae guidelines that will be used for the automatic calculation of salaries and wages and pay slip generation.
  
  v. Reports and printing: this will involve the generation of reports and printing of pay slips with correct employee details gathered in the systems database allowing an in-depth analysis of staff costs for the company.
