    The Site: http://grandrapids.50webs.com

Information: Sorry if this has been requested before. I haven't ever asked anyone to design a website template for me, so here goes. Sorry if I seem too blunt. The site I need designed should be clean and represent a mood of profesionalism while offering the visitor a clear sence of where they are going in the site. This isn't a personal photographer's page, but a page where a photographer is posting pictures to an online gallery for visitors to view. I have viewed many photographer sites and they are almost always beautiful, they are clear, crisp, and clean.

    Guidelines:
    • Design should be bold, clean, crisp, much like an architectural firms website with photographs as the main centerpeice. I would like for there to be a mood in the front page, like something artistic, but in the lines of fine design. :)
    • The frontpage should include a place holder for a random display of images (thumbnails, maybe in the size of 75x150 or so) from a folder on the server. I want this to be a feature that will greet the visitor and to keep the site from getting "stale." To warn you, the webserver doesn't currently support any extentions, basicly I can only use JavaScript or Flash on the site.
    • A navigational menu is a must, but can be placed where ever design permits, but these are the main headings required: about, f.a.q., photo gallery, contact me.
    • A photo gallery in the same design would be fantastic, but if this too intensive, nevermind.
    • CSS would be great to keep the HTML down in size
    • The front page should include the heading photoGR.be as the basic logo for the site.
Again, sorry for being too feature packed, but I thought if you all knew what I would like to see in a template, that would help the design go along better. I also want you to know that I want your mind to wonder, let yourself be creative and follow within the guidlines and it should flow out. :)

    Thank you for any responces.

    Rizzo

Answer the following questions which will make the design process easier for our web designers:

    1) What is your url ( website address)?
    2) Description of your website:
    3) List 3 template designs on FWT you really like:
    4) List 3 websites which you think look great ( doesn't need to be similar to your sites):
    5) List 3 similar websites:
    6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the templates ( only copyright free ones )?
