Request a hosting website

I didn’t now where to post a request for a website, so I have decide to post it here, I hope I didn’t do anything wrong! I have once already request a website, but I have done it my way so thanks, I hope you will be able to help me because I really like your designs, also if possible I know there is line I would be really happy if you could make my website soon.

- www.siol.net - This one is not in English but I love its style I would prefer something like this!

7) Any colors you prefer? I don’t have any special fishes but I would love to have something like www.siol.net is.
