Legacy request for new football club badge

hi all,

was hoping someone could help me with regards to designing a badge/emblem for our new pub football team.

basic guidelines are as follows:

1. we would like the badge to be a traditional shield design with a banner scroll underneath.

2. would like the badge to be divided into 4 quarters by a black cross. all black outline with white background.

3. top left quarter - club name "RQ Dons F.C."

4. top right quarter - would like a picture of a Roman or Spartan Helmet- facing right.

5. bottom left quarter - to be filled with the English Flag/St Georges Cross (not the British/UK flag!)

6. bottom right quarter - text to read "Est 2009"

7. Banner/scroll underneath - text to read "Ego Sum Non Vix"

we don't have a website yet though the badge would initially be used on Facebook ect. the badge will used to be printed on our team shirts and polo shirts etc.

i'm sorry i can't provide any examples to use but i am a bit of a technophobe and joining this forum has pretty much exhausted what little IT skills i have! lol

i hope the above info is enough to start with.

we would of course be open to any suggestions/expert advice.

any help is really really appreciated!

just for reference - am really impressed with the new badge covertpea designed for adriany last week.

a badge similar in design to that would be great.

if i could help out with the painting i would but i gather the south of england is a bit too far to travel to you for some painting!

they look amazing. i've spoken to my assist manager and we've agreed on the first one with the all white background.

Im just new to this and couldnt find a way to start a new thread.

seen some of your work and i am well impressed.
The team im involved with on a Saturday have just signed up for a new pub so we are needing a new badge for next season. We are looking to use an Old Newcastle Unided badge but with the our initials added - KPFC



If you could do something with this it would be really appreciated!!
