JavaScript Special Tooltip

    Hey folks,

    I have a small problem with finding a special sort of tooltip. I need a tooltip that appears on hovering a link and has to be closed with clicking on a link inside of the tooltip itself. Now, that's not the major thing. The tooltip has to appear on a position that I can define with something like a div tag so that the tooltip is actually a layer. Any chance of getting some sort of that? Even just the tooltip without the positioning would be great!
