General Trouble with ZIP files

I downloaded three templates. I cannot open any of them - they all say they are not valid ZIP archives. Anyone else having this problem? Or, anyone know what I'm not doing correctly?

ZIP difficulty

Thank you. I have WinZip as well a FilZip and both say the files are not archived ZIP files. I found three I really, really like but apparently, I won't be able to use them.

I know sometimes I have problems opening them to help someone modify something, and in order to get them to work I actually have to download them twice...
