Can anyone make me a banner, size 800 (width) x 150 (height). I'm looking for the words: Cybercrime Prevention Guide on it I want the words written on police tape, like below on a similar cyber crime background, but I can't seem to figure out how to go about it and make into banner size. Any help would be appreciated

You need bigger images than that... those are realy small and they won't look good when the designer stretches them.
I get what you are saying, what i'm looking at is something like this: but at the dimensions I specified in the first post, maybe use this pic below, with all black background to fill out the rest of the size with the words mentioned in the first post to the right in the black
