website customization

Ok not sure this is in the right post, but I need someone to make me a customize template. You can have your link under and I will pay you to remove the link around april as I will be getting card then

I want the template to consist the following:

-radio player
-radio stat
-site stat
-advertisment box (bottom)
-disclarmer box(above the advertisment box
-a staff panel box
-the navigation bar on the side
-and can you make me a bar on the top and the bottom like how this site has there www.crazyhabbo.net . the top bar i want it big as how that site has there.

Just how this site www.habbo-works.com have there white page can you make me it like that

P.s can you make it in iframes and expandable. And can you sent me the layout so I can tell you went to change it
