I have 2 questions. Could someone please help?

    Hello,

    I have 2 questions.

    #1. When I tried to add or extend an image to the bottom of the sidebar only about 1 inch showed up. The rest of the graphic (tracks) seemed to be lost inside the gif and wouldn't show up. It should have extended at least 2 inches below the wooden sign in the graphic. Could someone tell me why it doesn't show the entire graphic on the website?

    I am wondering why my images separated in the footer when I removed the graphics I didn't want?

    bg-footer2 and bg-footer3?
    How can I correct this please?
