classifieds ad posting website from scratch

    Please suggest me the scripting languages and frameworks that I can use to develop a classifieds website from scratch. I do not wish to use any templates or plugins such as wordpress etc.

    PHP and mySQL. There is also osclass (https://osclass.org/), for those who do not want to code from scratch.
