add more image boxes

Hi everyone, i am new to this web design work and have just downloaded one of the templates from here to look at (the lawyers template) i find this website template really good but wish to add some more elements to it and cannot seem to be able to figure it out. On the page for the practices.html there are three image boxes and i wish to add more to give more options/links can somebody point me in the right direction so i can do this.

 

Ok i found out how to do this by copying and pasting in the html code window. Now i would like some suggestions on the easiest way of inserting a photo gallery into a page

 

can nobody assist me with the gallery ? I have created a photo gallery in wondershare and inserted the flash swf on to the page when i try it locally it works great when i upload it then nothing shows on the website, tried alsorts but nothing works so where am i wrong.

 

Can nobody tell me why i cannot get a flash swf file to display on one of the free templates when it is uploaded .
