First of all thank you very much for responding I have seen that yes.. I love that template.. but I don't think it fits well.. We would never have a big fire like that here.. I am on a town fire department, there is not alot of commercial buildings around.. also.. I kinda want something new.. no offense but hasn't that one been around a while? Beggers can't be choosers though.. what type of program would I use to edit it?
By editing it I believe you mean the psd file? That's done in photoshop (or Gimp) That's easy fixed. Change the picture.
