Badger Trucking, LLC needs a website Design

• Website description:
  Trucking Company. if you follow my URL to the site we've already built, you can see exactly what we need. it just needs better designing. something more professional for a trucking company.
  
  
• The Structure of my website:
  header navigation for 11 pages. just as you see on the original website. on the drivers opportunities page, each option is linked to a page which explains the opportunities. On the contact us page, i need a link of some sort to connect to a downloadable PDF. on the Files page, i need to be able to add downloadable PDF's

• Preferred colors:
  definately hues of blue for all backgrounds and trims. white lettering. colors must be soft and not too harsh on the eyes with ANY screen, but not too dark as to not see the pages and their content. my company colors are royal blue and silver.
  
  
• Notes:
  My web design needs to be cross compatible with ALL types of platforms such as PC, Mobile phones of all types and Tablets of all types. my current web builder isnt mobile friendly even though they have mobile capability.
  
  the web page MUST be able to support myself hosting the website on my own company server. i plan to use Raspberry pi as my server unit as i dont have alot of traffic to the site.
