ok.. but why are you running google ads along with biadvertiser ads.. its not allowed.. your account can get suspended

You should add some analytics (free) to track your traffic and to analyze your web page effectiveness and change to improve Google analytics http://www.google.com/analytics/ Stat Counter Analytics http://www.statcounter.com/ I use both because with both, I get more useful information and am able to find areas that I can improve. - hope this helps falcon
To attract traffic - put in articles about results from free antivirus software. If you can't find them, you can't remove them Test several to see if it can find them (don't remove) so test is equal. Write about the results. Then remove. Then try another to see if it removes any. Write about results. Everybody is interested in antivirus and anti-addware software. Also windows registry correction software. I use Glary Utilities (free) and haven't had problems with it. Also Advanced System Care (free). They both correct my registry without problems. How to write a resume with keywords for scanned resumes is a good subject. There are free scanning software on the internet to check the resume before submitting (or use the 30 day trial ones). Because of the volume of resumes received (caused by the economic conditions), the rules have changed. I talked to the head of Glendale City Human Resources about resumes, and she said, "after the resume is scanned, you have 30 seconds to get my attention". She said on a slow day, I have over 100 resumes to evaluate. I don't have time to look at a poorly written resume. Many have spelling errors, poor grammar and are hard to read. They get tossed. I was told that should be in the page in that area for the crawlers to read they are not links. Should I remove that to un clutter the top of the page?. The job section main page uses the same header file as the main page I am working on a separate header for it tonight . But thanks for seeing that.
