Can I use Template as a Portal?

    I have a Forum powered by vBulletin.And I want to Use a Template as my Portal wich would Display News Posted in My News & Announcement Section in Forum...Is It Posible and if Yes Please Tell me How? Thank You!

    Setup your template with the sections you want and use php code to obtain the posts and display in your template. You could use aspx for the template files.

    no - you have vbulletin, I don't, so you can view the code and figure out what is required.
