General CSS Template

    I have download the Salt & Soap template and some kind soul changed the header for me. My question is, it is CSS and I have never done anything with CSS, I've only played with html and used Front page. What program do I need to edit CSS? I have tried to make some adjustments to another template and when it was uploaded it didn't look right.

    Where is a good place to get some information or help with it.

    Try using Alleycode
    It is free and can modify both HTML and CSS
    and has help files plus a tutorial and a forum
