This is a website template used by others to make their websites. The person you know whoever it is, has downloaded this website template for free and then used it to make their own website.
If you're lucky it will only be 2 months. That's not a given it's a free service it can only be ready in 2 months if my real business doesn't get in the way as it so often does. So don't hold it against us if we don't manage to do it in time.
