Dog rehoming charity.... question

    Could I use one of the dog templates for this? I am new to this but have offered a small rehoming charity my services - so I'd better learn fast. How flexible are the designs? Do you have to stick with the colours on the templates as shown?

    Also, I have downloaded - what do I need to do to change things? Do I need another package? If so which are the best?
