Mimoun, In response to your request for feedback and suggestions - I think you're doing fine for such a new site. Google don't seem to have given you a page rank yet, but you are ranking well with them. I guess it's just a matter of time. An established forum (with exactly the same format as this) that i also use, is small business brief. They've been around for a while and may be worth a visit.
It's great that we rank high in a few months we will rank even higher as we just start out. We do have a pagerank 4 for the main page and for the forum it's just a matter of time as you pointed out.
