Flash Banner?

    Can anyone help with creating a flash banner to promote my website?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Try www.coffecup.com they have a free trial version (with add) of a flash builder. Plus if you do plan on buying it. You will save a lote of money. You could also try: www.namo.com but they are not cheap, they to have free trials as while.
