Flash Flash FLV player Tutorial

Thought I show this tutorial very cool.

I'm trying to modifie this but dont know how. I would like to place the playlist in a seperate area of a website and the on release have it open the player in a new window. Like this: http://www.cbsnews.com/sections/60minutes/main3415.shtml
