Girls United Soccer Tournament - Mascots needed

Hi,

I (and a volunteer committee) are running a girls only soccer tournament shortly. I (also means committee) was looking to create three mascots for our tournament (a little like the Olympics...PS Go Australia!).

Here are the details:

Nature of the creation : 3 soccer girls mascots
Creation size (in pixels) : not too fussed. Larger would be better as I can then resize smaller and it won't effect the pixels.
With or without animation : No animation
Background color : White..so it can be easily transferred to an emblem.
Picture(s) link(s) : Attached is a picture (Kim) from our sister tournament that gives the kind of look and feel I am looking at for the mascots.
Text to insert : N/A
Font color : N/A
Link of website : There is currently no website but as it's for girls 8 - 16, it will have the same kind of feel as its sister tournament here.
Extra comments : This is the idea of what the committee is looking at.
Three young girls facing forward and stepping on a football like here.
They are linking arms and smiling like here.

One of the little girls is a blond caucasian like Kim, another African a bit like here (except with brown eyes and slightly darker skin) and the third Asian a bit like here.

The girls are wearing the same outfit as Kim but instead their outfits are purple. The Dark purple is #2C205E or (RGB: 44,32,94 or CMYK: 98,100,32,25) and the light purple is #7B2BAC or (RGB: 123,43,172 or CMYK: 68,94,0,0).

I hope I have given enough information and it is possible to do. Please let me know if you need more info.

Ishkey, if I bought the vector images, would it be possible to put the girls in the same position I mentioned (standing on a football each arms, linked) or is too much hard work to do.

Happy to hear any options or solutions as I know nothing about designing and the work involved. I have the idea, I just need to know if it is feasible.

Well I think Im gonna try this one

Is that okay for you TWG if Im make the mascot in vector(Illustrator-AI)?
Its also might need a long hours to be completed... so maybe around 2 days I can produce something to show you here(perhaps a sketch/concept).

Another thing, my stroke(character design) is differ than the sample... but if you want something resemble the Kim character I will try my best to match that.

I am just grateful you are taking it on. I wouldn't be able to tell you how to go about it even if I wanted to!!

In terms of time limits we still have about 2 and a half weeks before we need to present the proposal. Although I have mentioned an idea that was tossed around, I may be good at organisation but I am definitely creatively challenged so they are only just ideas.

I don't know if they will work so feel free to do whatever comes into mind. Our only elements required are:

the 3 girls in a soccer uniform and boots of the 3 races;
a soccer ball/s are incorporated
They are wearing purple
They are linked somehow (the tournament is called Girls United and is about participation and hoping to eliminate any 'bitchy' behaviour. So we want to the mascots to represent the "united" bit)

@TWG-Not quite sure if this is what you prefered, so I decided to post the sketch first as below:

@alafsiber - I really like the sketch but with just a couple of minor changes.

Can all the girls be wearing the same shirt as the middle girl. Can the African girl's hair be accentuated.

Just a technical question - can there be more space between the top the socks and the knees.

Other than that it looks good. I am super excited!!
