General Give me an ANSWER

I've read almsot every thread in this forum and have found that almost no one here gives a straight answer. I just want the answer to my question. That's all. No "I have the same question" comments or "learn html and xhtml" comments. I want a real answer.

So here's the background info:

I have edited the psd file that I downloaded and changed everything that I needed changed.

I have edited the index file using Notepad and changed everything that I needed changed.

My webhost is freewebs.com so I can upload any single file from my computer on to my webserver. In other words uploading it isn't much of a problem.

I don't need to learn any more about html and xhtml and css. I just want to know the following:

Here are the questions:

I read somewhere that you should upload your template to photobucket. If I do this and use the direct link given to me, is there some place in the index file that I can place this link (just a yes or no will do)?

Now that I have everything done. Do i JUST upload it to freewebs and KAZAAM! It's all done. Or is there more work. If there is more work, what specificaly do I need to do?

One of the features on freewebs is this CSS editor. Every thing there is html. Is this were I place the info in the INDEX file I downloaded?

I just need these final steps. If someone would please guide me through this and actually answer this, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks.

The index file is often the first file users will see when they are visiting you site, and I've never used a free hosting service before but all you really need to do is upload the index file to that specific location and you would be done (well more or less). I never heard of photobucket before so don't know what that is, but I check out your site and its cool. A few that I would change if possible is the alignment of the right hand columns seems to be a little off, and the music is initially too loud, if you could set it so that its set to half of the maximum then I think that would be better (rather give users the option of turning up the volume if they want rather than muting it or turning it down since they were annoyed at the volume). Lastly I really don't like seeing site stats at the bottom of your page. People who see it might think that the site isn't worth it no matte how good or what content is being displayed due to the fact that the stat count is so low and would click away, but if it isn't there then they might be more open to whats on your site, especially people who don't know you or don't what your site is about and stumble across your page (like me )
