Beside Wordpress I´m now using more and more the Open Source CMS RazorCMS available under http://razorcms.co.uk/ Its a pretty small CMS, which doesn´t need to set up or use any database, but allows quick and efficient editing of websites. Also templating is pretty easy. I did a couple of templates myself, enclosed you find "Grapes" which is a converted theme from David Reeder and which I use on my site http://www.freebiesroom.com/. Its availabe there for download as well as on the site of the CMS
