Customization help in customization

hello to all out there who can help and direct me...sorry if its wrong thread but all i need help in is, on the templates, is there any way that i can erm change the template itself because i realised that it only contains ones page which looks the same and i dont want that, so is there anyways on dreamweaver or other software where i can olter the template a bit, either delete a section or add....sumfin like that...because im confused...will appreciate help...

 

copy and paste the stylesheet and then just changed the filpath on the index page you want different and edit the copyed stylesheet
