OK, how about these? The first is lowercase, the second is upper case.

Also, it's important to note that the girl image is an imported .jpg file. It isn't transparent, so the entire image as a whole will have a white background.

It's not necessarily difficult, but rather tedious work.

Like the other logo, this is a .jpg file (couldn't do transparent as the girl photos have a white bg and I didn't have the time to remove the white).

To create the .psd file, just open this .jpg file, create a new file in photoshop (or whatever your editor is), and copy and paste from this .png file, to your new file. Each copy/paste will create a new layer.

i see... i use fireworks to edit but the problem is that i receive the png images that you post here has a flatened image (like it was a jpeg)... i can´t edit the text so it gets dificult to work with...

Right, that's why you have to use the rectangular select box to copy each image into your newly created .psd file. The text was actually converted into an image file. Remember, I didn't use Photoshop to create the logo...these aren't the raw files...this is imported data into PS.

You cannot move the images around in the above .png file. That's why copying them individually and pasting them into 1 .psd file is necessary.

It's the same way I made the other 2 .psd files.

    Does that make sense?

If you want to change the text, the text elements will have to be completely recreated in your image software.

If all this is a bit confusing, I can create the .psd file (using the same method explained above). But the result will be the same: the text you see, is actually an image file that will not be able to be edited as text (but you can edit it like you would any other image file).
