    • Website URL:
Currently there is no URL for my website, which still is in construction state. I'll create an URL as soon as I can foresee the website's publication.

    • Website description:
The website is dedicated to the memory of my little daughter who died at the age of nearly 3 years 10 months after having fought for more than 2 years against her leukemia (AML). The website shall 1) keep her alife in the hearts of all people who had the luck to be presented her smile, 2) tell her story (not limited to her hospital stays) by words and pictures, 3) offer the possibility to place reader's greetings to my daughter and/or comments.

    • The Structure of my website:
      • Intro page with a centered picture (of my daughter, not yet selected) and some suitable, childish decorations (see number 7 below)
      • Her live (my memories, that I tell my daughter in a sequence of chapters, form some kind of biography), each chapter shall have a title and - within the text - at least one related picture
      • A photo album, preferable partitioned similar to her biography (due to the amount of pictures)
      • A section for thoughts on selected topics (e. g. critical thoughts on her treatment at hospital)
      • Guestbook/Forum (which should be moderateable)
      • Contact

    • My favorite template designs on Free Website Templates:
I didn't find any template that is in any way suitable for my needs.

    • Other websites whose design I like:
http://www.sissi-brachmann.de/ (but this is for a girl who died at the age of 16)
http://www.jenny-im-herzen.de/ (winkings stars on intro page's background, nice ideas in contents, but a bit old-fashioned)
http://www.sarah-matthias.magix.net/website/#Home (nice animations: falling stars, butterflies)

    • Preferred colors:
green (color of hope) and white (she's an angel now), pink-violet (she liked that colors, but not only ...)

    • Notes:
My daughter loved to watch the TV series "Lauras Stern" [here is a large picture], so the five-pointed star from this series became one of her favourite symbols.
Nearly her complete live my daughter was accompagnied by Tigger (from Winnie-the-Pooh, her stuffed animal, see attached picture)
My daughter also loved hearts (as most girls), the sun and sunflowers, ...
In Germany deceased child often are called "Sternenkinder" (literally: star childs), viewing them as having gone to the stars or "there is a new star in the sky".
