How can I make the templates able to use in Arabic sites ?

    How can I make the templates able to use in Arabic sites ?

    I meant :

    How can I make the text, the footer and the head start from right to left. ( Arabize )

    When I say templates I mean flash templates, web templates etc.

    If there any thing not clear, tell my :)

    Looking for Arabic website

    Hi,
    I have an English website and I have to make it in Arabic.
    Can anyone help me, please? I don't know where to start. They are simple HTML pages.
