How Can i use my tampetes 4rom template4all

    and this is my first Experiment in this Area
    so please try to understand me and my english because i'm not speaking and writting english well
    let's get in the Subject
    i have just downloded Tampletes from template4all site
    how can i use this sample
    (edit,etc)
    tell me fast please !
