General I get a message that I removed website information

I get a message that I removed website information. How do I put it back?

If it is a 3rd party website. I don't believe it is possible to remove information without hacking skills. If you were a hacker then you should know how to add it back. . If you are not a hacker and you received the info you removed something via email, i would suspect it is spam. Otherwise, if you did remove something on accident from a 3rd party website, they would generally not ask you to add it back. They would still have this info and add it back themselves and tighten their security. If I am far off, it is b/c I am taking a shot in dark w/ some vague info. Anyhow, let me know if I can help you further.
