I drew a picture of the idea that we want, we just need help doing this the right way. The main colors of the team are Navy blue and white please we need help the name of the team is Roadrunners in the bottom said not just a soccer club. We try to help the community thats what i want to teach the kids.

Before I do any of those changes, have you considered the extra priniting/embroidery costs involved if more than two colours are used on your crest?
That was our old logo and we like barcelona any ideas i like what you did on the top the cross and the soccer ball. what can we do instead of the highway and the mountains our main colors are navy blue and white but if you want to add some color its ok and thank you again for doing this for our club.
Your original logo looks okay to me. Anyhow, here's another take using a similar shape to barcelonas.

The site is looking good! The crest you've used at the top of the page could do with a white outline to help it stand out against that dark blue header background. I've added one here for you. Also, I've made a text header that might brighten your home page up. Like in the pic below. Text png is also added. Don't feel obliged to use it, thought it might be handy though.
