    Unfortunately it happens quite often.
    It's happened to me dozens of times over the past 2 years. Rather than get annoyed I now just move on to the next job on my list. Whether my stuff gets used or not, I think of it as being all good practice! ;)

    I'm guessing that when some requst-ees are given a choice by more than one designer (like above) they just drop out all together rather than reply and risk hurting the feelings of the designer who's logo wasn't what they wanted.

    But then again...
    who knows? The fellow may just be busy with other important matters and could turn up tomorrow or next week with a reply.

    I agree, too many are just requesting something without contributing. First it was soccer logos, now it's clan logos. Not to mention the review my website requests.
